Manufacturing Engineering

This approach results in a customer “partnership” versus an impersonal job shop contract arrangement.

Laser Engraving
Want custom engrazing or etching on your parts? We have a state of the art Fiber Laser capable of both Deep and shallow etching and engraving.
Parts Manufacturing
Serving the manufacturing community for over 23 years, PolarStar Engineering & Machine employs journeymen toolmakers, manufacturing and design engineers, and fabricators. With over 100 years of combined machining and manufacturing skills, there’s not too many things we can’t do. This very unique skill set makes PolarStar a rare resource with total customer service and satisfaction guaranteed. Operating under the auspices of the Delaware Association of Professional Engineers, we retain a Professional Engineer (P.E.) on staff to ensure and certify all design and engineering standards are met.
Prototyping
Some times you have to see a part in real life to make improvements and to troubleshoot. We offer Prototyping for this purpose. Let us take your idea and produce a 100% fully functional prototype.
Machining
With a fully equipped machining facility, we are able to machine any part of any size. Both complex shapes and simple shapes are a breeze for our machines.
